(F.C.E.I.).  We provide professional elevator inspection, elevator consultant and elevator litigation support services for building owners, property managers, attorneys and industry contractors throughout the State of Florida and Nationwide.  All of our services are performed by licensed, experienced, and certified NAESA International - QEI elevator inspectors (National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities International - Qualified Elevator Inspectors).  Our elevator company is licensed and registered with the State of Florida - Department of Business and Professional Regulation - Bureau of Elevator Safety, as required by law.  We proudly serve on the Florida Elevator Association Board of Directors and are members of NAESA International, NAVTP (National Association of Vertical Transportation Professionals) and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers).  We are fully insured, and our coverage far exceeds the State of Florida regulated minimum requirements.  We are an approved Continuing Education Provider for Florida Elevator Mechanics and Nationally certified NAESA-QEI and IUEC-EIWPF-QEI Elevator Inspectors.  We invite you to review the following information and contact us for comment, to speak with an elevator inspector or elevator consultant, to schedule an elevator inspection or elevator maintenance / performance review, or for any additional vertical transportation assistance.

We are approved by the State of Florida as a Continuing Education Course Provider for
Florida Elevator Mechanics.  Our classes meet the eight hour Florida Elevator Mechanic CC
 (Certificate of Competency) requirements as outlined by Florida Statute 399.
  We are also approved by the National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities  International and the IUEC - Elevator Industry Work Preservation Fund as National Continuing Education Course Providers
for the NAESA-QEI and EIWPF-QEI (Qualified Elevator Inspector)
eight hour continuing education requirement for inspectors Nationwide.
